How Can I Contact Support in the Mobile App?

When taking courses on the HCP Training mobile app, you may come across a course issue. This is why we have added a feature to the app called "Email Support" which will enable you to send an email to our support team with any questions or issues that arise.

Follow these steps to locate this feature in the mobile app: (or click here to watch a how-to video)

1. Launch your HCP Training mobile app on your mobile device, then navigate to the "Profile" tab in the bottom right corner.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and under the Settings section, you will see "Email Support." Click this button.

3. This will then open the Mail app on your mobile device where you can then add your subject and question. Send the email, and you are good to go!
