How can I report an issue and get help?
If you are experiencing an issue with your course, you may use our "Report Course Issue" tab. This tab is located on the right-hand side of your screen:
Note: This is only viewable when doing courses on a browser! If you are experiencing issues with the app, please email [email protected]. This report course issue button is only found when you are actively in a course.
After you click on "Report Course Issue" the system takes a screenshot automatically and a dialog box will pop up for you as seen in the picture below. Fill out the fields with details of your course issue, your email, and your first and last name.
Once fields are filled out, click "Submit Issue":
Your issue will be submitted to our customer support team. They will email you at the email provided to help you with your issue. Please allow 1 business day for a reply.
