How can I fix course issues on the app?
If you are experiencing issues with any course on the app, try these steps first to see if this resolves your issues.
First, open the app and click on the Profile button in the bottom right of your screen.
Next, select Clear Database and clear the cache. Then, if your "Ask before downloading content on mobile data" is toggled on and it pops up when downloading content, respond yes. Sometimes a poor internet connection will cause a course to not download properly. This just allows the download to continue even if your Wi-Fi connection becomes spotty.
Note: This will not remove any course progress.
You will then move back to the Courses tab at the bottom of the screen and open the course you just removed. Click the "Downloading for offline use" button to redownload the courses.
Once downloaded, your courses should look as shown below. Make sure not to open any units until the course is completely downloaded.
