My audio isn't working. What do I do?

Your course does require audio, but you are not hearing any sound.


Make sure your speaker volume is turned up enough on your computer. Your speakers can be accessed from the system tray located here:


If your computer still does not have sound, try plugging in headphones since it may not have an internal or external speaker.


Make sure you are using a supported browser on your PC or Mac. Google Chrome is our recommended browser. You may also use Edge if you are a PC user, or Safari if you are a Mac user. Firefox is not a supported browser at this time.
