Why can't I move forward in the app on my Android device?

Oftentimes, in the app on an Android device, your Android device will automatically put the course content on full screen. While in full screen, you will not be able to see the “Continue” buttons that allow you to move forward in the course. 

Here are instructions on how to back out of full screen

While in the HCP Training App, you will need to hit your Android's back button, not the button in the HCP Training app. The button you need to press will look like this. This will exit full screen mode.

If you do not have this button, you may have Gesture Navigation on your phone instead of 3-button Navigation turned on. You will need to enable 3-button Navigation on your Android device from the settings.
