How do I download my course on the app?

We suggest always downloading your course for offline use before you start a course! You will need to be connected to the internet to do this. Once your course is downloaded, you will be able to access it without an internet connection. Make sure to reconnect to the internet after you have completed your courses! This will update your completions online, so your training manager can see the completions. 

Here are instructions on how to download a course

1. When in the app, tap on the course you would like to start. Then tap on the download icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Once you tap the download button, each unit will start downloading. You will see green loading circles.
3. Wait until all the loading circles are done. Once the download is complete, you may start your course by tapping on the first unit. Please wait until each unit is fully downloaded before beginning your course.
