How can I assign courses to myself in the app?

If your agency has set your profile to allow you to assign yourself courses, you may assign yourself courses. Please follow these instructions to learn how to assign yourself courses on the app!


  1. Log into your HCP Training app and go to your profile as shown below:


  1. From your Profile, go to "Open web portal".

  1. Scroll down and tap on "Go to course Catalog" (This will only show if you do not have any courses currently assigned to you) or on "Course Catalog" (This will appear if you do already have courses assigned to you):

  1. Look for the course you would like to take. In this example, we have chosen A CPR Update - Spanish (Caregiver) course.

  1. Click to register for the course you have chosen.

  1. Close the web portal.

  1. Relaunch your HCP Training app and you will see your new course! You're all set!
