How can I change my password?
Once you are logged into the system, you may change your password. Note: You can not change your password in the app. You will need to log into learn.homecarepulse.com on a web browser to do this.

From the Login Page
1. Go to learn.homecarepulse.com
2. Click on "Forgot Login Details"
From the Login Page
1. Go to learn.homecarepulse.com
2. Click on "Forgot Login Details"
3. Enter the email associated with your account and click send.
4. You will then receive an email to change your password.
Changing Password from Dashboard
1. Log in at learn.homecarepulse.com
2. Click on name in upper right hand corner.
3. Select "My Account"
4. Enter new password in both password field (FYI: it is case sensitive).
5. Click "Update" at the bottom of the page.
