How do I turn off the notification asking if I want to use mobile data to download content?

If you are not using wifi on your phone when downloading content, you may turn the setting "Ask before downloading content on mobile data" on or off. If turned on and not connected to WiFi, you will be asked whether you want to proceed when downloading content. Here is how you can manage that setting:

1. Go to "Profile".

2. Scroll down and toggle the "Ask before downloading content on mobile data" option on or off. 

  1. Try downloading your course again by tapping on the course title under the courses tab:

  1. Then  select the "Download all content for offline use" button on the bottom of the screen:

  1. If you have the option to ask before downloading content on mobile data, you will get a notification that looks like this. If you select "Download", it will use mobile data when downloading the content.

  2. Once you select "Download", you should see a green circle indicating the download is complete. Once green circles have completed, tap on the first unit:
