How do I download the mobile App?

Learning on the go has never been made easier! Our mobile App allows you to access your training anywhere, anytime!

  1. Install the app from the Play Store (Android App store link) or App Store iPhone App store link).

Here are more detailed instructions on how to download the app: 

Apple Device: 

  1. Open the App Store app on your iPhone or iPad. You can find the App Store app on one of your Home screens or by searching for it with Siri or the Search feature.
  2. Use the search bar at the bottom of the screen to search for "HCP Training". Alternatively, you can tap on the "Search" tab at the bottom of the screen, type "HCP Training" into the search bar, and then tap "Search" on the keyboard.
  3. Tap on the "HCP Training" app in the search results to open the app's page in the App Store.
  4. On the "HCP Training" app's page, tap the "Get" button (or the price button if the app is paid). This will begin the download process. If you see a "Sign In to Purchase" button instead of the "Get" button, you will need to sign in with your Apple ID and password before you can download the app.
  5. Wait for the "HCP Training" app to download. The download progress will be displayed on the app's icon on your Home screen. Once the download is complete, the app will automatically install.
  6. When the installation is complete, the "HCP Training" app will appear on your Home screen and you can open it by tapping on its icon.

Android Device: 

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device. You can find the Google Play Store app on one of your Home screens or by searching for it in the app drawer.
  2. Use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for "HCP Training". Alternatively, you can browse for apps by category by tapping on one of the icons at the top of the screen (such as "Games" or "Education") or by scrolling down to the "Recommended for you" section to see featured apps.
  3. Tap on the "HCP Training" app in the search results to open the app's page in the Google Play Store.
  4. On the "HCP Training" app's page, tap the "Install" button (or the price button if the app is paid). This will begin the download process. If you see a "Sign In to Purchase" button instead of the "Install" button, you will need to sign in with your Google account and password before you can download the app.
  5. Wait for the "HCP Training" app to download and install. The download and installation progress will be displayed in the notification bar at the top of the screen.
  6. When the installation is complete, the "HCP Training" app will appear in your app drawer and you can open it by tapping on its icon.
