How can I reset my password?
If you were assigned a username and password, you may keep that assigned password, or you can change your password to something else. If you are using the app, please do this by accessing the web browser. Instructions on that here.
There are two ways to reset your password. One from the login page which is used when you are having issues with logging in. The other is once you're already logged in. Please see both methods below:
From the Login Page
- Go to Learn.homecarepulse.com
Under the "Sign In" button, where you would typically enter your credentials and sign in, click on "Forgot login details".

Enter the username or email address that is associated with your account.

- If an existing profile exists with that information, you will receive an email to update your password. Please make sure to give it some time to be sent. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to [email protected] or your Training Manager for additional assistance with resetting your password and logging in.
Once You're Logged In:
1. You will need to log in through a browser to learn.homecarepulse.com. Go to "Profile"

2. Type in your new password in the "Password" and "Repeat password" boxes (Passwords need to be at least 6 characters)

3. Click "Update".

4. Your Password is now changed to what you typed in. Next time you log in, you will use the new password.
