How do I download or print my certificates?

When you have completed a course, a certificate will be issued to your profile. This article will provide you with instructions on how to download the certificates. Once you have downloaded the certificate, you may then print your certificate. It is recommended that you save your certificates to your device for future use. 

Note: You can only access your certificates in a web portal. If you are using the In the Know App, please follow these instructions to get to your web portal in the app.

1. go to learn.homecarepulse.com and log in

2. Go to "Certificates"

3. You will now see a list of your certificates. Click the certificate icon to view and download or print your certificate
